I used their website to book an appointment, mid February; when I went to cancel April 1 there was no record of the appointment. I called April 8 to book a new appointment, figuring it was lower risk to call the shop directly, and had an appointment for May 22. On May 19 I called to confirm, since all I had received were text messages telling me to book an appointment, and once again, no appointment. I would give him zero if i could I went to him twice ended up with two different prescriptions which were both not right and i know have to spend money to get new glasses and go to completely different eye doctor because instead of him listening to me he kept telling me i was wrong shaking his head and sighing! So disrespectful will never go back to him ever again! Doesn’t respect or listen to the patients!
