Best ever Kind , on time and professional
My 80 year old mother was a patient. After difficulty with assisted transportation we were 10 minutes late for a follow up appointment, regarding spending the past 2 weeks in intensive care. We were reminded of the 7 minutes rule and told to reschedule. We were in serious need of a referral to a neurologist, and they were aware of this urgency. When rules are more important than humans, there's a problem
