As a plumbing apprentice that’s been to Andrew sherets all over the lower mainland. This location has the absolute worst customer service. The guys at the counter are extremely rude and as a result I will avoid this location whenever possible.
Passive aggressive staff, incomplete orders and watching sales counter staff wine and throw tantrums is about all you’ll get from this location just make the drive to another location don’t waste your time
contacted the head office in Victoria BC to get independent verification The same invoices that we had settled in Vancouver. Theree are 3 sinks which they claim is ready for pick up. The total cost of 3 sinks is less than $700. The company refused to pay the pay back $1,800 that they fraudulently withdrew from my Visa card and aren’t willing to refund the rest of my money or account for the deposit in honest accounting.
