This location has the rudest sales guys. Rob especially had him multiple occasions and someone who is just always having a bad day clearly. Everytime I’m here they always say I’m not on my company’s account eventhough every other location says I am. Fix this location please and clean house

I give the customer service 3 separate opportunities incase I just happened to find them on a bad day. Rude, impatient, condescending. Having the plumbing counter associate shake his head at you even after you supply him with requested SKU #. If you’re having a good day, don’t visit the Poco location. They will turn you upside down . Easily the worst customer service in the lower main land.
