Dr Shaw did my back surgery in 2018. I have had ZERO issues with my back since then. I see that many of these 1 star review are about the other office staff or the paperwork process - not his skills. He is an exemplary surgeon and I commend him for the active lifestyle he gave me. WAY better than the cane/wheelchairs I was using when my back was so bad. Dr Shaw, keep doing what you are doing. You do great work!!!

So I fractured my spine on June 19th of all things playing pickleball. I still have as broke back as 3 months ago. I have a job to do. I had a week that I could not walk put socks on get in and out of bed that came out randomly after 6 weeks. They are acting like this is normal and sent me to PT. The therapist whom I have paid now $102. (May not seem like a lot but I lost 4 a being out a month of work.) said she cannot do anything with me. A year ago, Dr Shaw performed a laminectomy and fusion of c-4 through t-1. My recovery has been nothing short of amazing. My 1 year post-op evaluation was perfect. Thank you

I have been hung up on multiple times by front desk staff and Erica. My appointments were rescheduled without any contact beforehand, hours before I was set to arrive in one case, even after multiple confirmations regarding that appointment. My initial visit was in April and by July I still hadn’t met the surgeon or made any real progress towards getting my surgery scheduled despite them having the information and scans needed.
