Dr. Sajni Shah has been very professional and courteous. Excellent bedside manners and very patient and humble to listen to patient's issue. I would highly recommend to anyone to visit this Podiatrist in Valley Stream NY.
Seen multiple doctors about my Achilles tendinitis for about 2 years, was recommended to this place and Dr birkin he gave me the best treatment options and been getting better since seeing him, would recommend to anyone
Went in today 8/10/24 with a lot of pain under my foot. I explained that I didn’t have an appointment and asked if I could be seen. One person in a grayish scrub turned to me and said ‘we will be closing in an hour’ and went to sit on the other side. Not sure what that meant. Need to be more customer service orientated. Try to welcome everyone, with a smile, you don’t lose anything, instead you gain credibility.
I took my kids the doctor. Every 2 months I am getting a bill from them. I paid my co-pay at the time of service. Be careful taking after your visits expect to keep paying bills every 2 months. Very disappointed because I was told I have no more co-pays but this is my 3rd co-pay.
ROCHELLE IS A LIFE SAVER. This representative went above her call of duty and exceeded my customer service expectation. Rochelle consistently provided exceptional service by attentively listening to my concerns, responding with patience and resolving issues efficiently.
