I had an appointment with Dr. Seltzer this morning. He was 2 minutes early with smile on his face who is very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. He examed my hand, took X-ray then injected my hand etcs all done in 15-20 mins. I could not believe how easy he made me feel. He's the best doctor and I recommend anyone who has problems with hands and he's the doctor for you.
