The emails were great. Quite often they answered my questions before I asked. Everyone involved with my care was very prompt and polite and were very concerned with my comfort and wellbeing. Should I ever need my other hip replaced or if anyone were to ask I would definitely refer them to Dr. Schneider for care.
I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr Schneider's office runs like a well oiled machine. Dr Schneider takes as much time as needed to make the patient comfortable and he answers all your questions. His RN, Adelisa is a gem. She schedules all pre op testing and post op visits; and is available to answer any questions the patient my have. Dr. Andrew Schneider and his team are great! My new knee is pain free and straight for the first time in many years. His text messages encourage continued progress and motivate those who need motivation. I recommend him and his team very highly and look forward to him replacing my other knee on July 28!
Dr Schneider is an amazing doctor! We went over everything so I knew what to expect. He has great beside manners! And his office sends out texts before and after surgery for the 7 weeks of recovery. It made me feel good to know that I was on track, what to expect and if I had any questions to reach out! And I did. The response time was quick! So happy with doctor, his nurse and the whole office!
