On Dec. 10, I had procedures with Dr. Frankel that included a Facelift, Mid-Facelift, and Blepharoplasty and Laser Treatment. Dr. Frankel gave me a Lower Facelift on November 2nd. I've had experience with Dr. Frankel in the past. He's done other work for me, and I just wouldn't go to any other doctor but Dr. Frankel. Dr. Frankel was highly recommended. I just liked everything that I read about him and after our consultation I felt very confident that it was the right fit. I love that he was able to do the photo imaging because I wanted to be sure that the picture in my mind was the same picture in his mind. I did my homework and I was actually referred to him by one of my girlfriends. She had a really bad experience with a previous doctor and she highly recommended Dr. Frankel. He corrected her nose, which most doctors would have never corrected or touched it. I was very impressed with his work and also his background and his expertise in the field. I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Frankel. I’d seen in a magazine that he is one of the best for revision rhinoplasty so I made an appointment and went to see him and I loved him. He was very honest, explained everything thoroughly and he cared a lot about what I was thinking. The staff is very, very nice and the follow-ups were very good. Horrible experience for revision rhinoplasty. Was quick to convince me to have surgery, but then extremely indifferent when scheduling to fix issues he's created. At post op, he admitted to making deformities on my nose, but then suddenly become extremely busy and receptionist would say to call back in a few weeks, etc. Doesn't take into consideration what looks right on particular faces and aged me by years.
