Never even met the doc or his office. Got referred to him by my hematologist. His office called and scheduled a colonoscopy and endoscopy but yet I ended up being unable to drink the solution. Had no phone number to call to ask for help. Had no idea what to do. Wasted an entire hotel stay for this nonsense. He took the time to explain everything to me!!
Dr Brock was thoughtful and caring. He explained the process prior to the procedure. After, he took the time to explain findings and answer questions.
Excellent Doctor. He has good bedside manners and keeps you in the loop with what they doing and takes extra care of your loved one. I would keep him as my son’s GI if we were closer to Charleston. His partner doctor Dr Romik Srivastava MD also excellent .
I was anxious to go to this appointment based on his reviews. I am sooo glad I went! I drove from Columbia to Charleston but it was definitely worth the drive. I found him to be very concerned, interested in my problems. He let me talk and ask all the questions I wanted. He also had a lot of questions for me. He has ordered several tests and he was just such a nice friendly person.
