I have been trying to meet with Dr. Sable since February 2023. The office has cancelled my appointment for consultation twice. When I call, after waiting through the recording, someone picks up and then hangs up the line. I won't be wasting my time with this doctor or his office.
Dr. Sable was professional and pleasant to meet with. Interacting with his office for appointments and getting basic information is Terrible. Difficult to get a hold of anyone, always on hold most of the time, they take your info then hang up on you after holding. Don't return emails or calls in a timely fashion. The Dr seems great, but I not worth the pain of dealing with his staff.
This practice is horrible, they are a monopoly, if you try to make an appointment with a gastroenterologist in Miami, FL, chances are is going to be part of Gastro Health. They rejected my appointment with Dr. Sable based on the fact I that saw another doctor 4 months ago (which I didn't like after seeing him the first time) stating that it was a conflict of interest for the doctors involved. Dr. Sable is an AMAZING doctor - He is not only skilled and professional but he is kind and gentle - Without him, It is doubtful that I would even be here to be singing his praises

Outstanding Medical Professional!
Dr Sable was very professional and a good listener, on the opposite side, the office team lacks what the Dr has which is professionalism. To reach to a doctors assistant was impossible, all the time you talk to an answer machine or transfer to another, what a waste! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
Pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, caring. Easy to talk to. A good listener. Treats his patient like a person rather than a disease or a procedure.
Dr. Sable was referred to me by my amazing primary physician, Dr. Melanie Heifman. I came to Dr. Sable scared and anxious. He took the time to listen to my concerns, to let me vent, and he put me at ease. He even calmed my nerves during the Colonoscopy procedure. Dr. Sable is an extremely knowledgeable and skillful doctor. To him and to his courteous and competent staff a BIG hug and thank you! You are the BEST! See you in 3 years!
