I just met with my new primary care physician yesterday. It took a few months to get a new patient appointment which is typical but the weight was so worth it! Dr. V was very kind, very patient, so attentive, a very active listener and communicated with me so extremely well. We were 15 minutes late to the appointment because we went to the wrong location and they wouldn’t see us, then rescheduled us 5 months later and were very rude over the phone about it. We are filing a complaint with the state. My elderly cousin can’t wait 5 months for care.
