Yes, absolutely! Do not hire him. I paid the retainer to him for my daughter in a custody case. I sat across from him and watched him roll his eyes every time she said something. I almost fired him then and wish I had of. He never returned calls or text and always gave misinformation. The attorney that referred him was great but by no means is this the guy you want handling anything of yours. We needed a pit bull to fight a relentless case and we got a pathetic excuse for an attorney. Save your money!!!!
