First, I should tell you that I've been a patient of the NCH practice in Rolling Meadows for 10 years. I've dealt with multiple doctors from that practice, all of whom have been very kind, understanding and professional. Today was my first interaction with Dr. Krock. For context, I have been sick four times this summer, which is highly unusual for me. Something seems to be suppressing my immune system and I'm concerned it may be cancer. Dr. Krock is an amazing doctor who takes the time of day to thoroughly listen to you and help you through whatever concerns you are having. Best practice that I've ever been to.
I’ve been very happy with this practice. Dr. Krock gets back to you as soon as possible. He takes the time to talk with you and answer your questions.
Dr Krock and Dr Shah are both excellent doctors who take the time to really listen and cover your questions . I feel very safe with them and feel they have experience to handle my very complicated health issues.
