I like Dr. Islam as he is easy to talk with and very thorough discussing your medical issues. He explains your treatment and answers any question you may have. He takes his time and does not rush through the appt. Follow up visit: Appt. was with Dr. Islam but they switched me to their Nurse Practitioner instead. She explained my test results and did a good job overall but I did not care for the switch. I feel my appt was with the Dr. not the NP.
Dr. Islam at Beacon has been one of the most thoughtful and genuinely patient-centered physicians I’ve worked with. He takes the time to explore every option with you and makes sure you fully understand the information so you can make the decision that feels right for your body and your life. His approach is warm, kind, and reassuring, and I left the appointment feeling both informed and supported. I’m grateful for the level of care and clarity he brings to his practice. Highly recommend.
