Dr Rubin was so patient and nice with me in Presby ER when I experienced the worst hip/back pain ever, or any pain ever. The whole staff in the ER was pleasant, introduced themselves and very efficient. Thank you getting me through the whole process quickly, efficiently and with such kindness!
Dr. Rubin treated my mother and she and I were very impressed with his skills. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and very caring.
