Dr. Reynolds does a great job understanding the patient and their needs. However, the appointments are never on time. Expect to be in the waiting room for at least an hour beyond your scheduled time, frequently even more than that.
Dr. Reynolds has been absolutely amazing with our daughter and her strabismus treatment. While the wait times can sometimes be a little longer, it’s because he truly takes the time with his patients. He always takes the time to talk with both us and our daughter, answer our questions, and make sure she feels comfortable and included in her care. That kind of personal attention can be hard to find nowadays, and we are so grateful for the care he has provided her!

Dr. Reynolds seems very good. He obviously cares about patients' outcomes. If the rating was just based on him I would give 5 stars. But we waited over an hour to be seen and 3 hours total for the visit.
