The surgery information needed and scheduling of operation was completed in my first appointment with Dr. Ting.
Dr Ting was extremely knowledgeable and professional yet kind. He made me feel that he wasn't in a rush and took the time to explain the anatomical approach of the procedure he would be assisting on. Thank you for caring. It is somehow a rarity these days in healthcare.
Dr Ting and everyone in his office were exceptionally informative, polite, professional, and made me feel comfortable about my upcoming procedure.
This is the 2nd time I've seen Dr. Ting. He is so wonderful and listens to his patients. The front desk and other medical staff is also so wonderful in this office.
We were treated with courtesy and helped to make the appointment time fit. The doctor did a very good job of addressing the need and giving consideration to the need of the whole person. I was impressed and very comfortable with his recommendation.
