Very disappointed. No communication at all regarding the seriousness of my mother’s illness. Had to ask pointed questions by email for any specific answer. Never communicated with her or with me even during 15 days stay in the hospital. We did not know her end was just a few weeks away. Terrible. Really unfortunate that such a well qualified professional behaves in this manner.
