Today was my first visit with Dr. Pappa and it was a pleasant experience. He was thorough with respect to forming an opinion as to the cause of my symptoms and carefully explained his instructions as to the medications he prescribed.
This "Doctor", Andrew Pappa, refused to do anything but suggest I get a $1300 test done by a machine that I told him I could not afford. I suspected that all i needed was antibiotics. I told him I had had the loose crystal symptom prior and that this was different. He ignored what I was saying and gave me a youtube printout of the proper maneuver to handle such a case though I told him I already knew. I worked with Dr Pappa in the OR and he was very thoughtful and took amazing care of his patient. He did such a wonderful job I decided to take my teenage daughter to him. She had to have ear wax removed from her ear drum and he explained everything to her as he went and had an excellent bed side manner, he also gave her advise on how to prevent this in the future. I saw Dr. Pappa on 10/24 because my regular doctor, Shawn Scott was not available. Dr. Pappa cleaned the wax out of my ears, in doing so, he punctured my ear drum. That became an infection, fungus was later removed and then a CT scan showed water in the ear bone (mastoid). My hearing has been damaged. Because of his mistake I have been very ill ever since, 3 months) I am not young and I fear my health has been permanently damaged.
