I brought my computer to show him xrays of my daughter's foot (metatarsal fracture). He did not insist on repeat xrays which we were happy about as he was able to see the injury and recommended a treatment plan. Ease with scheduling. Very nice MAs. Also Dr. Pao was efficient, able to answer all questions efficiently, and provided concrete advise for which activities my daughter could still participate in. He had a letter for school ready as we were checking out.
A very good experience
I haven’t had surgery yet, but I’m really impressed with what I’ve experienced so far. The doctor, staff and how the practice is run have all given me confidence that I’m in the right place.
