Great doctor and office.. easy access to medical records and easy to schedule appointments
Very professional, helpful and polite
I am 1 week post op from my Achilles rupture surgery. Dr.Pao is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and willing to answer any and all questions. This is going to be a long healing journey but I feel confident he is setting me up for success.
I brought my computer to show him xrays of my daughter's foot (metatarsal fracture). He did not insist on repeat xrays which we were happy about as he was able to see the injury and recommended a treatment plan. Ease with scheduling. Very nice MAs. Also Dr. Pao was efficient, able to answer all questions efficiently, and provided concrete advise for which activities my daughter could still participate in. He had a letter for school ready as we were checking out.
