My first time seeing Dr. Hussain, my appt. Was at 10:40.  Jessica (nurse) called me into office at 10:30.  She was extremely friendly and outgoing.  She asked several questions, did my weight blood pressure etc. asked several question.  Once done she moved me to another office.  She said Dr. Hussian would be in shortly.  Within 5 minutes Dr. Hussain came in, he is extremely professional, great bedside manner, and very thorough.  At no time did I feel rushed. He explained everything question I had, plus made suggestions about... read more

Worst there is. He’s leaving the practice to some fresh out of school untrained doc. He lost his marbles and will insult you and use googles free AI to answer questions. Avoid this dangerous office at all costs if you care about your health - because they sure don’t. He was great but should have retired decades ago. Reported to board of medicine and buff med group.

My primary physician, Dr. Kevin Lyon, has been so wonderful during a recent TIA episode. He directed me to Buffalo General Hospital for testing and observation quickly. His staff has been very helpful answering messages and calls during this time. Many thanks.

Services at Buffalo Medical group are good, the problem with this provider is price gouging. A routine pneumococcal vaccine was billed out to my wife at 393.00 plus an additional administration of dose fee. Same vaccine at my local drug store is 175.00. I brought this the attention of Buffalo medical group and they adjusted the bill by 50.00 followed immediately by a collections letter. I paid it but this is warning to cash payers, go anywhere else.

I found Dr. Leberer to be personable, conscientious, and efficient. He banded a hemorrhoid for me. The process went smoothly and quickly. From the check in to the doctor's assistant the whole process was friendly.

My recent appointment with Dr. Joanne Cobler at Buffalo Medical Group was one of the most unprofessional and dismissive medical interactions I have experienced, and it ultimately ended with ME terminating the doctor–patient relationship and leaving the appointment. To provide context, I waited several months for this appointment in order to discuss the progression of my mitral valve prolapse and what appears to be an increase in its severity based on recent diagnostic testing. For a patient, especially someone who is not a ... read more

I recently had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Leberer, and I can confidently say the entire experience was exceptionally positive from start to finish. From the initial consultation through post-procedure follow-up, Dr. Leberer demonstrated a high level of professionalism, clinical expertise, and genuine care. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure, set appropriate expectations, and address all of my questions in a calm and reassuring manner. That proactive communication significantly reduced any anxiety and crea... read more

I am a urology patient.  Twice I have driven to  the Orchard Park office because I was not able to talk to staff .  A person in the main lobby was able to get a script for lab work. Please see screenshot below.  I waited over an hour on hold and was never able to talk to a live person. They need to find a way to improve their accessibility.  There are probably many people who are not computer savvy and thus are limited to making phone contact. And if you're sick , it's not helpful to hear that if you leave a message, you wil... read more

I made a call to bmg regarding an urgent issue. A lady stated she was going to help get me to the doctors office and I was directed to the comment line. I tried to schedule an appt. A Lady told me she was going to transfer me to get it scheduled and I was directed to the comment line. I tried to get medical records and was directed to the comment line, This has happened numerous times. I found out they are purposefully doing it by a staff member and No one will help resolve the issue. It is frightening and emotionally dist... read more
