My son began seeing Newburn at age 14.5, and has seen him about once a year. When I called a couple months ago to schedule a visit, the receptionist acted like I was crazy bc my son is 17, and he starts phasing out his patients about age 14-15 to see a PCP. I explained he didn't even begin seeing my son until he was nearly 15, and no one had ever mentioned that. I then scheduled a visit with another provider, but of course there is a waiting period. Very poor experience. His patient load is way over capacity. We had our insurance changed over so we had to reschedule both of our kids yearly visits. The very soonest they could get us in was more than 6 months later. During that time they changed which insurance they accepted, we were not informed of said change. When we show up for our appointments they tell us our kids cannot be seen, setting us back who knows how long. Will never see Newborn or anyone from Trinity. Thanks for the complete waste of time.
