During my visit with Dr. Mo he provided excellent service. He effectively communicated my diagnosis and prognosis related to my spinal issues. I have a clear understanding of my condition and treatment methodologies for recovery. Dr. Mo has an excellent bedside manner. In addition, his support staff is efficient and friendly.
Full details of the talk was not documented and provided. I wish that patients be allowed to record the visits with any doctor and be able to share that with their family to make an informed decision. I am glad that the surgery option is not for me at this stage and hope it never happens.
