Called into the Miedeke Mecedes Dealership unexpectedly with a coolant issue where the staff could not have been more helpful. Problem was resolved immediately with very helpful, efficient, friendly staff. It's a rare thing to find this approach to service.
A very big “shout out” to a young mechanic by the name of Bryce. Was travelling interstate (15/7/24) when I received a notification onboard my 2021 GLC 43 AMG, to check the oil level and rectify if needed. So I called into your dealership and Bryce greeted me.
