I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Vanessa Ross from Mercedes Benz. I left the Gold Coast with my almost 90 year old parents on route to Melbourne approximately 2 weeks ago. About 45 minutes out of Port Macquarie the display showed that the car required coolant. Called into the Miedeke Mecedes Dealership unexpectedly with a coolant issue where the staff could not have been more helpful. Problem was resolved immediately with very helpful, efficient, friendly staff. It's a rare thing to find this approach to service.
A very big “shout out” to a young mechanic by the name of Bryce. Was travelling interstate (15/7/24) when I received a notification onboard my 2021 GLC 43 AMG, to check the oil level and rectify if needed. So I called into your dealership and Bryce greeted me. An extremely well mannered and knowledgeable mechanic, Bryce topped up my luxury vehicle with care and exact precision. I don’t think I’ve met an individual so helpful to me and my family.
