Called into the Miedeke Mecedes Dealership unexpectedly with a coolant issue where the staff could not have been more helpful. Problem was resolved immediately with very helpful, efficient, friendly staff. It's a rare thing to find this approach to service.
A very big “shout out” to a young mechanic by the name of Bryce. Was travelling interstate (15/7/24) when I received a notification onboard my 2021 GLC 43 AMG, to check the oil level and rectify if needed. So I called into your dealership and Bryce greeted me. Thank you to Andrew Miedecke Mercedes-Benz, Port Macquarie. Highly recommend their service, we were travelling from NSW to Qld and ended up in a predicament needing the car to be looked at. I called both Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie Mercedes both were fully booked out. Port was kind enough to squeeze us in that day were Coffs would not. The bus driver was fantastic, dropped us into town and picked us up when the car was ready. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
