Booked my 2014 316cdi sprinter for diagnosis and or repair regarding esp abs cruise control malfunction and inactive error codes. I dropped the van off at 8.30 am as requested. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Vanessa Ross from Mercedes Benz. I left the Gold Coast with my almost 90 year old parents on route to Melbourne approximately 2 weeks ago. About 45 minutes out of Port Macquarie the display showed that the car required coolant. I called into Andrew Miedecke, Port Macquarie to get help with refilling only to be told that there was a hole in the radiator. Called into the Miedeke Mecedes Dealership unexpectedly with a coolant issue where the staff could not have been more helpful. Problem was resolved immediately with very helpful, efficient, friendly staff. It's a rare thing to find this approach to service.
