Great doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. Very patient and knowledgeable. Quick but efficient. I had to have a kidney stone removed and he did a fantastic job. He addressed all my concerns. Ty! Dr Conley is a gem. She is very friendly as well. Takes the time to get to know u. Wants to help u get back on track. Excellent Dr and person. Smart and patient. Kind. Helpful. Ty for all u guys do! We do see u and ur hard work.
I personally had an excellent experience with Dr. Todd for a vasectomy and general urological care and would absolutely have rated that care a 5 -- he has excellent bedside demeanor, was extremely professional yet approachable, and the surgery I had in his care went off perfectly. However, soon after, my son turned 18. He had recently had multiple issues with kidney stones resulting in 4 emergency room visits in the span of two weeks. Uncaring doctor. Does not care what kind of pain he leaves you in. My husband's last operation put him in the hospital where he should have been in the first place. But apparently Todd has not dealt with enough of his patients to know if one of them should be kept in the hospital after a surgery. My husband is 70 years old he ended up with pneumonia, kidney failure and kidney infection. Did Dr. Todd care NO not in my opinion. To stay alive and out of pain DON'T go to Todd for anything.
I liked Dr. Todd and his staff. They were all very nice. My only complaint is that a had a temporary procedure done. They told me two different times that if it worked, I could get the device permanently and that it would be about 2 weeks before I could get the surgery for putting it in permanently. When they called me to schedule the surgery, they gave me a surgery date of over two and a half months.
