Andrew does not care about anyone selling a home that's below "Nocatee" prices. He was very hard to get a hold of & his commision prices are almost double for other realtors who were much more attentive and successful at selling a home. Would not recommend unless you want to get ignored and ripped off.
We used Andrew to sell our home and buy a new one. Both experiences were outstanding. He is a full time agent and there was constant communication through the whole process.
