Very unprofessional. Did not know information about my medication. Told me I can stop taking it cold turkey when that’s exactly what you CANNOT do. He had a online appointment with me last minute instead of meeting in person (which is okay) but then cannot do the same for me when I need an online appointment. Very disappointed with southwest for having people like him.
