We highly recommend Andrew if you're selling your home. Don't be surprised if he goes above and beyond - it seems to be the way he does business. He guided us through everything from start to finish - putting together a thorough market analysis, getting hands-on in prepping the house for sale which was a huge help, and staging every room.
Andrew did a fantastic job helping us purchase our home from across the country, sight unseen. He did many video tours of homes and land, sometimes driving across the countryside. He helped us understand the true "feel" of the house, the good, the bad, and the ugly, especially since we couldn't be there in person.
