I would not recommend this doctor's office due to their extremely poor service. Despite loving Dr. Mahaffey, the experience with this office has been incredibly frustrating. After a second ultrasound, I had to wait seven weeks for any information about my results. In that time, no one bothered to reach out or respond to my inquiries. To make matters worse, they’ve cancelled and rescheduled my appointments twice, each time pushing the next available date out by three months. I was an employee for almost 10 years, plus was a patient. I had 2 babies under his care and I had multiple complications. I received wonderful care and always treated respectfully. Great times with him plus, great staff!!!
No nonsense, straightforward, incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and fun. I feel like I am in excellent hands and trust him implicitly. Thank you Dr. Mahaffey! We could not have done this without you!!
dr is amazing and until recently ive had no problems BUT last month after visiting the emergency due to a ruptured ovarian cyst i tried to schedule a follow up appointment to see my dr and the appointment maker told me he was booked for 2 months wouldnt make the appointment and claimed she would leave a message for the dr and someone would call back to let me know if he could see me sooner...nobody ever reached out today im having the exact same pains and tried to call the to schedule was given the exact same speech and when... read more
I called the office to set up an appt for possible biopsy (which wasn't needed nor done) and stated it would be self pay. They quoted me price of $140 and so I agreed and set up appt. I went into office and paid in full for the visit. Three weeks later, I get a bill from Lone Star Circle of Care (GT) that says I owe an additional $140 for a 'new patient' adjustment. Dr.mahaffey has been my o.b.g.y.n for 15 year has delivered both of my children he's an excellent doctor highly recommend
Dr.Mahaffey is a fantastic doctor. He has delivered both of our children and we woudlnt have it any other way. He does not coddle you but he does listen. Hes fact adn efficient but shows you that he cares too. Me, my husband, our girls and the rest of our family love him!!!
