I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They diagnosed my condition very quickly.

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this ENT Otolaryngologist consider your input when deciding on a treatment method? Absolutely, they took everything I had to say very seriously

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely!
