Experience with Dr. Swenson, his staff, and the front desk were excellent. The visit to the West Jordan Lab one week earlier for a blood test to check A1C preparatory to Dr. Swenson's visit was terrible and not acceptable. I was the third one in the lab at 835am on Tuesday, September 2nd, checked in and then waited almost forty minutes while others who came in after me were handled before they took me in (when everyone else was gone).
