Andrew Starr is the best orthopedic surgeon in the USA
Surgery and recovery went well.
It was my third prosthesis installed by Dr. Star. Once again, everything went great. I was walking stairs at the hospital with a cane, went home with just a cane for support. I was walking unaided the next day. Tylenol for pain management.
Every step of my Rothman procedural was courteous, efficient, professional. The check-in was quick. After check-in, I briefly waited in a distanced waiting area, then escorted to the x-ray room. The x-ray tech was very thorough with my short visit. I was given copies of the x-rays. Dr. Star was very affable. He informed me of my present condition, current courses of treatment/remedies, best next steps.
