An incredibly kind doctor who dedicates time and genuine care to our kids.
Dr. Ng is very helpful to us first time parents. He cares to listen and explain the diagnosis process patiently. My only qualm is with pamf helpline which doesn’t share phone messages in timely manner with care team and could make parents anxious with a sick child, we expect a timely response. Dr. Ng however suggested we drop him a message and more often or not we have gotten quicker responses through offline messages
If i good give no star i would like to do that. My son is seeing this doctor for years now. We have moved to different state but visit him once a year if we come to California. We travelled 11 hours and was late for 7 mins and he didnt want to see my son. I requested that we traveled from out of state for 11 hours so if he could manage and ready to wait. His answer was no. Doctor for both of children. He has been thorough and so helpful every time we have spoken. He was excellent with the children when they were in and put them at ease. He explained everything clearly and has been extremely efficient with calls re results or clarification.
