I’ve been a patient of Dr. Blumenfeld’s off and on for about 20 years. He’s the best migraine specialist I’ve ever seen, and every time I move back to California I re-establish care. When I lived on the East Coast, I saw a supposed migraine specialist who injected Botox in the wrong muscles; at that point I just flew back to California quarterly to see Dr. Blumenfeld instead. Dr. Blumenfeld is a very kind and phenomenal physician. He listens to my needs as a patient, never rushes my appointments, and always answers my questions/concerns. I finally have successful treatment results being under the care of Dr. Andrew Blumenfeld.
I've been with the neurology center for several years now, starting with Dr. Blumenfeld. This doctor changed my life. I never knew how debilitating my headaches were until he got them under control. I have never felt more cared about by any other doctor. Since I deal with other health issues, this meant a lot to me. Dr. Blumenfeld gave me my first botox injections; He was kind, patient, knowledgable and made me comfortable throughout the process which was quick and painless. Having moved across the country to DC I have been forced to get injections elsewhere and was sad to discover other doctors lack Dr. Blumenfelds expertise and at times have left scabs/bruises on my face whereas Dr. Blumenfelds work was flawless and I was out and about that very day makeup free with no one noticing I had received injections.
