Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor at all costs. My mother went in to have her cataracts removed he did not use any anesthetic whatsoever she felt every bit of the procedure and when she went to get the second cataract removed from her other eye she told him the mild sedative that he gave her did not work. He did not listen and gave her the same medication and the second procedure was even more painful then the first. I had eye surgery, and Dr Andrew Barrett did a very good job, Dr Barrett called me himself the day before my surgery to check up on me and explain what to expect and what I would need to do after my surgery, I was very impressed with Dr Barrett. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
My family member had to wait for Covid to end to make sure they were safe to go in for an appointment they are high risk. The appointment was scheduled for 2 months and the doctor canceled appointment without any reason. After reading about dr. Barrett online I would recommend avoiding him. He does not care about his patients
I have shown to 2 doctors but both of them didn’t do well for my eye But Dr Barrett is really good in his treatment and caring to his patients. Highly recommend.
