This SOB needs to be prosecuted. A thief at best and a total scumbag. DO NOT submit yourself or allow the court to appoint him as a PRE. He will submit a false report, laugh while in the stand, and will not accept he is an incompetent bastard. Judge Ann Gail Meinster is his staunchest supporter so stay away from Jefferson County family court.
Highly recommended and highly unethical. Never bothered including in his report other parent said they were suicidal. Recommended that parent have custody and all decision making. Can you imagine a child walking in on their parent dead at their own hands? Wasn't an issue for Loizeaux. Met twice, cost almost $40,000. Irresponsible is a word that comes to mind, that's family court in Colorado!
