I've been a patient of Dr Lim for nearly 30 years. As another reviewer noted, it's a shame people have such little patience as they'd find no other physician who takes the time to listen to you, talk to you and find out what is going on. Maybe the negative issues are with these persons and their feeling of entitlement? Just because you got there ahead of someone else doesn't mean you're entitled to the next place in line? It's not the movies.
Me and my husband were excited for him to go to his new pcp dr this morning. But..... as we waited for over an hour for the medical assistant to take us in we were anything but excited we ended up walking out because the doctor took too long and people were taken in before us that got there later than us. We have since immediately alerted our insurance with the lack of care in this office. And have found a new pcp doctor for him. I hope nobody ever goes to their office again
UPDATE: Dr. Lim will be relocating his practice to Methuen in January 2019.
Dr. Lim has been our family physician for over 30years. He is truly amazing brilliant and dedicated. He goes above and beyond in the care of his patients. It's always a pleasure to see him and feel confident in the care he provides.
