Great experience! Andrew and his team at Performance Real Estate are a top rated business and excellent communicators. I hired Andrew and his team because I live out of the area. I am a broker and knew I wanted a business that covered all the bases. Andrew came very prepared to our first meeting, he knew exactly what the area comps were and was spot on with his comps and the listing price. We worked together during the entire process and his communication skills and updates were excellent every week.
Andrew and Nick have been so great to work with. We found Andrew through his YouTube videos and he quickly replied and connected with us. We were able to meet and tour homes- he also sent us suggestions for food and things to do in the area. If you’re looking to buy in the Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee area check these guys out, they are awesome!
