I recently had a dental hygienist appointment with Caro and the experience was excellent. She was incredibly thorough and made sure every step of the process was clearly explained and comfortable. My teeth have never felt cleaner! The overall atmosphere of the practice was welcoming and professional, and all the staff were genuinely lovely and attentive. I really appreciated the high level of care and would definitely recommend Caro and her team.
I have been to this practice for many years and have always had excellent service. All members of the team take time to get to know you and are always friendly. When having treatment I have always had procedures explained fully and been reassured so that I feel more confident. Any nervousness is dealt with in a professional and kind way. I can thoroughly recommend this practice.
Had an emergency dentist appointment rang up on the day and was booked in with in a few hours. Dr. Harv and his team were outstanding, was so nervous as not had to go to dentist for a while, but he kept it calm and was really good with me to have my wisdom pulled out, really good job of calming my nerves. Excellent dentist. Recommend to anyone in need of dentals and more.
