By far the worst company I have had to deal with, ranks worse than Spectrum because of the absolute refusal to be of any help. We personally dealt with Danielle and she was a real treat (sarcasm overflowing). We were not provided window coverings upon close of escrow and then they wouldn’t provide temporary blinds until a week later. This is completely unacceptable considering we paid for these blinds in full back in July (it’s Nov now). Custom service is terrible! We bought upgraded carpets for our newly built home and in less than a year we noticed and got our feet poked from nails. We asked Andrew Lauren to please nail down the nails for us but they refused they kept citing that it's some part of regulations. They did not care that we got poked by the nails. After countless calls and reschedules for a technician to come, we are still waiting for a technician to come out to fix the nails sticking up from our carpet. Lack of keeping in touch when you're waiting for your shutters to be replaced I they came out August 14th to see what needed to be ordered and it shouldn't take long, and I never heard from anybody after that until I called customer service complained and then I finally got a response yesterday,she texted me october 18th said sorry she was on vacation wow what a nice vacation months long!!! We spent a lots of money here I and sure they had to give a kick back to Crapwood unfortunately!
