I have been seeing Dr Williams for several years now. I have always had a very good and professional visit. I wanted to try contacts instead of wearing glasses but my eyes had a reaction to them with very red and irritated eyes. He got me in quickly and looked after me for several visits until they cleared up. He is honest and gives a thorough examination! He explains everything. I have cataracts now and he checked me and even showed me pictures of my eyes with the cataracts. I’m very happy with his treatment for my eyes.
Very hateful attitude... Tried to ask questions & was told if I talked during eye exam, he would so me the way out. Had no help picking frames, being in a wheelchair it was impossible reach frames. My eye exam was on 6/23/16, paid in full that day & as of today 9/13/16 still have not received eyeglasses. Called over 25 times to office & left many messages with no response. When called Dr. Williams cellphone to ask about my eyeglasses, I was hung up on two times. Wal-Mart $185 less.
