Highly recommend Dr Rudd.My entire 2024 interaction with Dr Rudd and his office was excellent.For diagnostics, he explained the situation and my options well, taking time for thoughtful consideration.I felt that he listened to my concerns in helping me move forward with an agreed treatment approach.Actual treatment was extremely well handled from my perspective and successful ( retreatment of an old root canal from a previous provider).
Dr. Rudd performed a root canal on my upper back molar 3 days ago. It took almost 2 hours, due to the difficult access and number of canals, as well as Dr. Rudd's care in being thorough. I felt fairly comfortable during the procedure thanks to the effectiveness of the anesthetic, the soft music playing during the procedure, and Dr. Rudd's warnings each time he applied a new instrument that might cause an unusual sensation. I think my review was deleted. He is a professional. Difficult appointment: almost 3 hrs long. Anesthetic worked briefly; too many needles.
i am very glad that my dentist Nick Baker recommended Dr. Rudd. His staff was courteous, respectful and caring. Even provided blankets to put me at ease. The office is clean and updated. but most importantly Dr. Rudd treated me with care and consideration. What a great bedside manner as my parents used to say.
Dr Rudd saw me for a tooth that was sensitive after a previous root canal and crown procedure. After X-rays and a thorough exam, he noted the tooth may be susceptible to a replacement. However, he took a conservative approach: no additional work now, allow the tooth to heal on it’s own. Six months later. Dr Rudd provided a follow up check at no charge, and confirmed the tooth is recovering. He also recommended I begin saving for a future if the tooth fails. Good advice, professional care.
Here you will find the staff functions as a very strong and cohesive team. The experiences with Kim, John and Dr. Rudd are highly consistent, compassionate and extraordinarily skilled. I received exceptional care from everyone and sitting here tonight writing this review, would like to acknowledge the blessing this beautiful group of people has been in my life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for your time and talents, and for taking such good care of me – I appreciate you!
It was a great experience the staff is very friendly and Dr. Rudd is very gentle(didn't even feel the injection) I would recommended him highly and actually do. Thanks a bunch!!!!!
