I switched to Dr. Kotsis a year ago when my primary was MIA for too long due to personal issues. In that short time, I have seen him 3 times & connected via My Chart numerus times because of out-of the ordinary issues in my life. He made time for me even when his schedule was full. He has always been upbeat & thorough. He is NOT a coattail doctor who is in & out of the room. He makes sure he answers all my questions. Dismissive, rushed and disinterested. As a first time patient, he wasn't interested in getting my old chart, which I'd downloaded beforehand, nor in hearing my explanations of my health history. He gave canned answers without listening and cut me off multiple times. I'll continue to look for a primary care physician that treats me with respect.
Dr. Kotsis is personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and available. He always gets back to me with results of tests and their meaning. I would recommend him to my family.

I have been with Dr. Andrew Kotsis, as my primary care physician for 2 years. He is a very attentive, caring, and smart doctor. The Riverfront Family Practice is located near me as a great convenience. The scheduling for my appointments have been very convenient and the medical staff have been very professional and wonderful. I like this medical staff better than the last one I had. The professionalism at Riverfront Family Medicine is very ununmatched and I really like my doctor and his staff.
Doctor Kotsis is an incredible physician whose competence is only added to by his personal touch. I genuinely trust him, and I have always felt he cared for me well. He is aided by an incredibly talented, courteous staff, who keep his office running very efficiently. I've never waited for more than ten minutes before beginning an appointment, and once an appointment began, never waited more than ten minutes between seeing the nurse and seeing the doctor. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Kotsis is great- like the other reviewer said, you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. He never makes you feel rushed and always answers any questions that you have. I would highly recommend him. Also, I feel like it is very easy to make appointments, and wait times are very short.
Dr Kotsis is a very thorough and down to earth, he truly cares about the health and well being of his patients.
