They fixed the issue we were having but it created another issue. When our heater turns on, it’s blowing cold air for a good amount of time and it’s freezing. We’ve called twice to have them come out and they’ve forgotten us. First time someone was gonna call and they never did. Second time my husband called and they said someone would be out the next day. No show or call. It sucks cause all the reviews were great.

I have to say this is a stand up company, stand up owner and stand up staff. We had an unexpected issue with our air conditioner that quit during the intense heat and smoke. This company came right out, checked out the issue, got us running so we could breath until a new unit could be installed. Then within 24 hours they had a new unit and offered to install on a Saturday morning. This a day they don't normally work, but staff was here upbeat and so willing to get the job done.
