I honestly cannot say enough positive things about my experiences with Andrew Kennedy. He helped my elderly relative not once but twice. First, in purchasing a home a few years ago and then in selling the home as she moved into assisted living. To say that Andrew went above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. Andrew was excellent. He provided exceptional service on helping with our real estate business. He was instrumental in helping us find the right selling agent. He was pro active in our condo closing. He helped us get an excellent buying price, excellent negotiated due diligence and he even helped us get extra credits at closing.
