I was referred to Dr. Kaufman for a procedure for my wife to alleviate low cerebral spinal fluid in the brain. I was told the next available procedure would be a month from that time. But within the same conversation, I was then told that the office manager said I would have to wait until Dr. Kaufman reviewed the chart and then an appointment would be scheduled.
