Andrew and Karina are extremely professional, polite, and have very strong and detailed communication skills that are well honed and catered to their customers. During our sale, they were available at any moment for us, made sure to keep us in the loop on the goings on with our property, how they were taking care of it, and of us, and made sure to check in regularly. I cannot give enough praise for the way they cared and took care of our family during the sale of our house. It was a total breeze!
I would work with Karina time and again! Her experience and approach towards looking at homes, offers, negotiations is top notch. She is very clear and direct with you, and this truly helps in the confusing home purchasing journey. I appreciate how Andy was also available to help answer our questions and he would join us on tours as well! Always a fun time! The experience right from education to closing was a great one!
