We had a fantastic experience working with the Hayashi team to purchase a new home in Seattle. They made the process of buying remotely easier buy guiding us through the process, doing video tours, and providing presence in the area whenever needed. They are thorough, professional, prompt, and respectful. I couldn't wish for better representatives.
Andy and Karina were wonderful to work with and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home. They were very communicative, kind, patient, and helpful! They helped us negotiate a better price on the house we were buying and to prep and sell our other house for our asking price. We loved working with them and hope to work with them again in the future!
Andy and Karina are exceptional realtors. My husband and I purchased and sold homes with them this year. Andrew and Karina are extremely professional, polite, and have very strong and detailed communication skills that are well honed and catered to their customers. During our sale, they were available at any moment for us, made sure to keep us in the loop on the goings on with our property, how they were taking care of it, and of us, and made sure to check in regularly. I cannot give enough praise for the way they cared and took care of our family during the sale of our house. It was a total breeze!
I would work with Karina time and again! Her experience and approach towards looking at homes, offers, negotiations is top notch. She is very clear and direct with you, and this truly helps in the confusing home purchasing journey. I appreciate how Andy was also available to help answer our questions and he would join us on tours as well! Always a fun time! The experience right from education to closing was a great one! Would highly highly recommend.
