Just had a vasectomy done by Dr. Joel. He and his staff were incredibly attentive and comforting throughout the entire process. They took the time to address all my concerns and were patient and supportive, even when I encountered insurance-related issues. The surgery itself was seamless—I didn’t feel any pain at all. Having worked with two other urology clinics in the past, I can confidently say that his team was far superior in every aspect!
