Disappointed in my level of care from Dr. Jensen and his team. During a skin check, he failed to check about 50 moles on my torso so I had to make a follow up appointment with a different provider. Dr Jensen also misled me about a mole removal, resulting in a $500 bill. I wouldn’t have had the procedure done if I had been correctly informed. His team did not offer an explanation or help me resolve the issue after multiple attempts to contact them. Pretty unfortunate that people are treated this way.
Dr. Jensen was amazing!!!! Honestly one of the best experiences with a doctor I’ve ever had. He listened to me, and got me the help I needed to be my best self!!!
My partner went to see Dr. Andrew Jensen for a simple mole removal. This procedure went fine and was not a problem. She also inquired about pain on the bottom of her foot and Dr. Jensen ended up removing 2 warts from her heel and a corn from the ball of her foot. She specifically asked Dr. Jensen if she'd be ok to walk after the procedure. He said, yes, she'd be fine. This ended up being false. Best dermatologist I’ve been to. Takes patient concerns seriously, very knowledgeable about hidradenitis suppurativa (which, if you have, you know it’s rare to find someone who knows anything about it), and overall one of the best doctors I’ve been to. Very grateful to have him on my medical team, and highly recommend if you need someone who knows about HS, or celiac with the dermatitis herpetiformis component.
