Absolutely without a doubt the worst physician I have ever had the displeasure of meeting and dealing with in my entire life. I'm warning all who attempt to receive medical care from him, save your own life and go somewhere else. He failed me as bad as a doctor could, and put my health in serious jeopardy. Osteopathy is not a real thing, he's not a real doctor and it showed everytime I spoke to him
Dr. Keto is an amazingly empathetic doctor who listens to his patients and incorporates his patients views into his diagnoses. He is an awesome doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.
After getting used to poor healthcare from OSF I was basically gaslighted after having my PTSD diagnosis removed for no good reason, I was going to Dr Andrew Keto and when OSF couldn't agree between 2 phychitrist and a phycologist on my diagnosis I contacted Dr Keto not really expecting him to do anything yet he stepped up and took control of the situation and reinstated the original PTSD diagnosis I had for over 6 years and to my surprise agreed to allow medical cannabis treatment for the PTSD. Made an appointment in advance for health concerns with my heart after having COVID19 in December 2022. Waited patiently for my appointment and took time off of work, so I could be there at 8:40 in the morning. Traffic lead me to have to call at 8:32 to say I was running just a few mins late. I tried to call, but my call went straight to voicemail when they have staff present at the office. Traffic was, also, heavy at the hospital.
